Cwee's Salted Fish Fried Rice with Luncheon Meat and Eggs

Fried Rice~~~Fruit Juice~~~
The visual of my home cook salted fish fried rice. Not to be stingy, I added luncheon meat and eggs as part of the ingredients. It looks pretty plan from the view but it taste simply good. Not to over compliment, my gf like it very much and this also the most satisfying salted fish fried rice which I ever cook in my life...

  • 4 pcs of Eggs
  • 2 pcs of Ikan Tenggiri Salted Fish
  • 1/3 can of Luncheon Meat
  • 400 grams of  white rice (preferably over night)
  • 6 tbl spns of Oil (use separately)
  • 4 tbl spns of Soy Sauce
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of Ajinomoto
